IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION

Sabine Retirement and Rehabilitation Center is in communication with state and local authorities and taking steps based on guidance from the CDC and CMS to reduce the spread and impact of COVID-19 including all enhanced infection control precautions. We will continue to update COVID data on this website routinely.

Since May 8th, 2020, there have been a total of 187 confirmed resident and/or staff COVID-19 cases at Sabine Retirement and Rehabilitation Center. Of the aforementioned cases, 178 have recovered.
