St. Frances Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a small rural nursing home with a down home atmosphere located on the outskirts of Oberlin. We are a 100 bed, skilled facility and offer physical, occupational and speech therapy, both in patient and out patient, along with skilled nursing care and a 16 bed Dementia Unit. We have 2 Nurse Practitioners and 2 Physicians that we utilize and are able to have a practitioner in our facility Monday – Friday.
St. Frances Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is located off of W. 9th Street down Industrial Drive. From Highway 26, turn off onto Raymond Reed Rd, also known as W. 9th Street. Take a left on Industrial Drive and you will find the facility on the left side of the road.
